Wafer thin Speck cured ham – 80g


Speck is made from a leg of pork that has been deboned and had the fat removed in keeping with artisanal tradition. Lean and more succulent than ordinary ham, it is characterised by its delicately smoky flavour. Enjoy with a slice of melon or serve with raclette.
