Frozen large burgundy snails prepared by Romanzini, ideally packed in aluminum tray, ready to cook. Cook 10min at 220°C, serve hot with a dry white wine such as our Anjou blanc.

Ingredients : Snails meat cooked (mollusk – Helix Pomatia Linné – EU origin ) 45%, stuffing : butter (milk) 39.5%, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper

Do not defrost before. Preheat the oven 180°C during 10min. Remove the packaging and cook about 10 min. Serve when the butter sauce begins to boil
