The rosette is mild dry with a delicate pepper and garlic flavour. To savour as starter with bread, salted butter and gherkins.
Our rosette, is sliced and delivered in a vacuum pack of 100g.

The “rosette” is a famous delicatessen french food specialty from Lyon. It is a large pork dry sausage of 1 to 3 kgs. The particular nature of the Rosette is that it has a large size (up to 50cm) with a conic shape.
It is 100% made of pork meat, slightly seasoned with pepper and garlic.
