Artichokes bottoms are delicious either hot or cold, in salads or stuffed. It’s an excellent source of fibers, magnesium, vitamins C and B3. These are prepared by hand and individually frozen at perfect maturity; 1 Kg of artichokes bottoms are prepared with 5 Kgs of artichokes.
